Which flexible packaging and film types (BOPP, PE, PET) can we print on?
Our machines deliver high-quality printing on a wide range of substrates, including BOPP, PET, PE, OPP, PVC STRETCH FILM, and metalized films. For specific material requirements, you can consult our technical team.
For tape printing, it is also possible to print on OPP, BOPP, PVC, KRAFT PAPER, and WATER-ACTIVATED PAPER with hotmelt or acrylic adhesive.
What types of ink can I use?
Our machines are compatible with solvent-based, water-based, and UV inks.
Can your machines be integrated with Industry 4.0?
Yes, many of our machines are manufactured to be compatible with Industry 4.0 standards, but we add the 4.0 functionality upon request.
Is it possible to diagnose problems with my machine via remote connection?
Yes, each of our machines is equipped with a built-in remote connection device; if necessary, we can connect to the machine remotely to diagnose malfunctions or, if required, perform software interventions.
How long does spare parts delivery take?
We keep critical spare parts in stock. Standard parts are delivered within 5 business days, and custom parts within 10 business days at the latest. For international deliveries, our logistics team manages the process directly.
