What is Flexo Printing?
Flexography printing or flexo (flexo) printing in common use is the most widely used type of printing press in the printed products industry such as packaging, label, packaging, flexible packaging, duct tape printing. Flexo printing, which is a direct printing technique, transfers the paint directly to the material thanks to flexible photopolymer printing plates (commonly used cliche or cliche).
Generally used flexo printing machines are rotary. For this reason, it prints on the plastic film in the coil state in a short time and in series.
Flexo printing technique has a very important place in the packaging industry. Flexo printing technique can be used in pasta packages, pulses packages, frozen foods candies, stick candies, chocolate packaging, water label, duct tape printing and printing of many products that you can think of. Packages printed with this technique are flexible, hygienic and have a bright appearance. It offers serious advantages compared to rotogravure printing in terms of the cost of its cliches and fast production.
